The KHV warehousing & light industry complex is located within the Song Than I Industrial Park (IP) in Binh Duong province, southern Vietnam. The IP is 45km north of HCMC. This region is the economic ‘hub’ of the country and conveniently located in Vietnam's fast-growing and densely populated southern provinces.

Song Than I IP is ideally located at the junction of National Highway 1, the Hanoi-HCMC railway, includes an inland port and is served by Ho Chi Minh City’s Tan Son Nhat International Airport, 50km away.
